- If you think information is missing from your record or you want to request records from your physician, please contact your doctor’s office.
- If you:
- haven’t received your Welcome email or Validation Key code
- need password reset
- are experiencing an issue connecting to the patient portal
- Contact us via email: portal@glh.org
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- If you forgot your password:
- go to the log-on screen
- enter your username
- select the ‘Forgot your Password’ link
- enter the answers to your three security questions
- reset your password
